Outstanding stay. Staff were exceptional. I felt welcomed the entire time. Would definitely return. Location to belltown was awesome.

Great location, good food nearby, easy walk to concert

The room was spotless, and I really liked the location—it was convenient and easy to get around. Unfortunately, the valet experience wasn’t great. It felt like some guests were being helped before others, and I ended up waiting until last to be assisted. I was also disappointed to find that the linens weren’t as clean as I expected, with a few noticeable soiled spots. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and its location, but the valet service and linen cleanliness could definitely be improved.

We appreciated the staff and the stay at this hotel. It was centrally located to accommodate going on our cruise to Alaska.
