Room was decent and pretty comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The older Adain man who was there in the late evening was a bit rude. The rest of the staff was friendly. The pool was great, it was was temperature which we liked. We would stay again.

Was not greeted by the staff! Asked about the Wi-Fi password. Was given the wrong Wi-Fi password once we got the right Wi-Fi password terrible Internet connection. We could hear our neighbors.. The first morning we went to get in the car. There was a police car in the drive area. He was talking to two staff members. One of the members was holding a toilet plunger and was waving it around as she spoke to policemen. Outside garbage‘s were filled up all the way. One positively is that the room was clean.

The rooms were clean and an adequate daily breakfast with choice of breads and bagels, yogurt, fruit cups, cereals, juices, hot chocolate, tea, coffee. It was very affordable in April…$63 a night for two queens. I would stay again

The daytime staff was good. Night shift was horrible. I have never stayed at such a dirty place. The tv didn't work. The roomed was stinky, the rug turned our socks almost black. The sink had a bad leak and there was no screen in the window. Wee needed the window open because of the smell so bugs flew in. Wyndam is going to get a call. I expect much more.

My 2-double-size beds room was fine. Room and bed comfortable and clean. Small refrigerator and microwave were adequate. Keurig coffee-maker worked. My only negative was that computer wi-fi was not accessible, though my room (#220) was near the center of the building. I was given the wi-fi password, but a no "guest" system displayed on my laptop, so I used my phone's hotspot. I did not try the TV.

This is the same property as the Westerly. I will for sure be back. Hotel properties in the USA in general is really struggling with squatters and being forced to accommodate low income individuals who unfortunately make the area unsafe. The property itself has a large Rottweiler which actually made me feel safer for some reason. It was nice to know Oma could release the hound if she needed to. Property management was right on top of taking care of what they could. Cleaning staff was really nice and they seem to take pride in their work.

This hotel seems to be a combination between long-term residents and short-term stays. The facility appeared to be in good condition, however, garbage cans were overflowing and walkways weren't very clean. The room had a clean smell, however, the carpets, chairs, and bedskirt were dirty and stained. The closet door wouldn't open all the way and some of the light switches were not working. The bathroom door wouldn't close unless you forced it. I would have shared some of these things with the staff, but they weren't very friendly. I don't normally write reviews, but want to let people know to set their expectation level lower when booking this hotel. It's not the worst, but it could definitely be better.

Upon check-in, there was no information regarding Wi-Fi or what time the continental breakfast was and it was difficult to get information from anyone. When we first entered our room, the bathroom had two towels nicely folded, and one crumpled up like it had potentially been used. There were four of us in the room and only three towels. I went to ask for more towels and the person who got us the towels went into the pool room and got us the small pool towels to use for our room. The pool itself was nice and warm, which was very pleasant but at the time had a large amount of sand all over the bottom. And the door did not work appropriately so my son and I were locked in the pool room for several minutes as I did not have my phone on me and there was no way to get anyone’s attention, so we were stuck in there until somebody finally came to go into the pool themselves. You can tell they’re definitely trying to make improvements to the rooms and property. But the breakfast included two waffle makers, one of which was broken and by the time we got down there in the morning, there was no waffle mix left. There were bread pieces for toast, a couple fruit cups and some muffins. Both days we ended up by going to buy breakfast elsewhere. This is not somewhere I would probably recommend staying.

I felt so terrible for the older woman who was working by herself. She seemed very lost. The computer system was down so many mistakes were made, and there was a line of people to check in. There was a mixup in our room so it took us probably about 45 minutes to check in. The hot tub was not working, which was one of the main reasons we booked this place. The breakfast was terrible. I’m not sure if the batter for the waffles was bad but none of the kids would eat it. The price was right and we enjoyed the ocean.
