“For a three bedroom (sleeps six) cottage this is great value. It's generally in satisfactory condition. OK, the garden and cottage could do with sprucing up a bit but it's a good place to stay. There is plenty of car parking space around the back, and a large village (Kelsall) two miles away”

“Unfortunately I was there where a group of children were there for a horse show , no adult supervision, running up and down the corridor’s , banging on doors and shouting . Management tried to stop them, but they carried on until 11.30 pm .
I will definitely go again as a super hotel and spa 😊”

“Lovely building but service is poor and the food/breakfast is terrible. Cleaning not great either. We stayed in a room with multiple power cable extension leads/plugs Daisy chained across the floor… no way this is legal in UK. ”

“Great location only a few minutes walk from centre.
Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Quiet rooms, good size with comfy bed.
Wouldn’t recommend the off site parking that’s recommended by the hotel, very tight parking spaces.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.”
