“The room had bed bugs. The receptionist was extremely nice and helped us with a refund. The rooms are decent for a one to two night stay and looked clean. When we removed the sheets, they were stained with a brownish color and bed bugs starting crawling from the carpet. Nice staff but the amenities were not clean. They tried to accommodate us to another room but the other beds were also stained and had a humid smell.”

“Breakfast was ok, but it would have been nice to have more variety. The coffee machine only dispensed hot water, leaving instant coffee as only available option. It would have been great to have a coffee machine that brewed fresh coffee or at least a simple coffee maker with whole beans. However, there were hot food options available for a traditional British breakfast, which I found to be very nice.
