The hotel was convenient, i stayed on the 12th floor and it was very quiet, so a good sleep. Convenient for central Cardiff, all walkable. Ideal for a one night business stay.

Staff mainly the bar and cleaners were friendly but room was not up to standards! Stripped my bed on day of departure to help the cleaners out and it was covered in stains absolutely disgusting emailed hotel when got home completely ignored have had not response! Pictures sent to hotel told on morning didn’t seem bothered

The spa facilities weren’t available due to maintenance which was a real shame as this was one reason we chose the hotel . There could have been more options for breakfast. Coffee wasn’t very nice , it was a lot of money for the hotel so expected more , overpriced for what it was , but it was a nice experience. Loved the underground parking as felt it was safe .

Really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staff. Location was perfect for City centre and restaurants. Spent a few days there and had a nice time. Would have preferred free parking but an outside company controls the parking under the hotel.
