The property was extremely large and quiet. There were no evening activities on the adult size. It would have been nice to have some evening events for the adults a couple of nights. Many of the restaurants were closed or only open a day or 2. I understand there may not be the demand for opening every night, however it would have been nice to have them open a couple times per week. The staff was great.

The resort is amazing but not much to do close by the resort so if you plan on staying on property and enjoying all they have to offer this is a great resort to stay at.

My husband and I stayed at Live Aqua DR from Aug. 31st - Sept 5th. A few years ago, we stayed at the Live Aqua in Cancun and love it.
PROS
*Daniel, our butler was so kind, helpful and accessible. Several times a day, he touched base with me (via WhatsApp) to ensure we were enjoying our stay
*Entire resort team did an amazing job to make our 21st wedding anniversary celebration memorable
*Plenty of food options
*Swim up room was a special
*Nightlife was on point
*Resort is beautiful.
CONS
The beach has been taken over by seaweed, but that is out of Live Aqua's control.
