This resort offers a spacious, clean family room just steps from a stunning beach and the kids' pool, complemented by exceptional food and welcoming staff. While the property delivers a wonderful family vacation overall, it would benefit from shoreline seaweed management, expanded dining capacity, and updated toys and slides in the kids' club. Lastly, they need to fix the daily show/program schedule on their App/website as the information was not accurate and we missed a few shows because of it. Overall the stay was great!

Me and my family were here for 6 days and had a great time. We were in a privileged junior suite and was very comfortable. The grounds were very well kept, bartenders and wait staff were very nice and for the privilege status we had a concierge which was nice as well. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to English speakers. My son went to the mini kids camp for 2 days and the staff were very sweet to him and he loved going and the activities. I definitely recommend this resort and will be back.

Great resort! Pros: great food, clean beaches and wonderful rooms, entertainment was great, housekeeping and staff in general were great, onsite stores were reasonably priced. Pools were well kept, night life was good. Good place for families we took our 17 year old and her friend and they had fun which is saying something. Cons: check in was an absolute nightmare, tried to rope us into a timeshare presentation, they do allow outside vendors onsite to sell stuff to you, they do have English speaking staff as advertised. The only real disappointing point which was specific to me was there are several keg taps onsite which it’s clear the lines haven’t been cleaned in a while which gave the beer a spoiled taste. All in all great place would visit again

Resort was great. Rooms had a musky smell. Kids complained of various types of bugs. Buffets were nice. Specialty restaurants were mostly booked for week. Nothing really special about specialty dining. We picked a bad time of year, there was plenty of seaweed.

Room was very clean, staff were very friendly. It was a great place for families. Breakfast was amazing at the buffet. The only thing was that the food quality and taste could’ve been much better at the restaurants. The buffet had better tasing food and better quality food than the restaurants. Overall, it was great!

Check in staff was horrible on day of my arrival. They let people skip us during check in process. Majority of staff looked miserable, weren’t attentive. Beach bartenders Raidon and Emmanuel were great along with Jessica at pool bar. Good was decent, rooms were clean.
