“The staff here is super nice. This hotel is located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manilla and is an area with some folks who are struggling financially. So if you stay here you will be contributing to a neighborhood that needs the support of good people. It is not dangerous at all. I actually want to see this side of a city and see what folks are really dealing with. I saw aspects of Manila here that I would not have seen had I stayed elsewhere. “Strange entrance being joined to the mall, but a cool location! It's a nice safe place to visit Binondo and close to all the shopping areas. The room was quite big and had everything. The room layout felt like a big suite”

“Fantastic hotel! This is our second visit and we have a third visit booked. Love their breakfast buffets and the food is top-notch. But what gives the hotel that 5th star is the service. Amazing staff like Chris at the Lobby Bar. He was very attentive and friendly. I hope to see him again. Arjohn at La Meza, who had a great smile that matched his service.
