Pool Bar Staff exceeded my expectations. Breakfast Buffet Staff "Darwin", and another staff who got me especially Garlic Rice from the kitchen. Reception made a mistake, the situation has been resolved by the duty Manager 'Patrick'. I only want to emphasise that "Opening a guest room at 4:30am, unknowingly if there are guest's sleeping inside, Cleaning and empty room by mistake, I was frightened, and woken up, I thought it was an intruder/burglar, or even killer. I did not want the Housekeeping be in trouble because it's not his fault. Honest human error, however, if there was a system in place to clean up a supposedly empty room, call the room by phone by the reception desk to check if there is guest inside the room.

The only thing I don’t like is when I asked them if we can stay for another hours they refused but again it’s business. Overall the hotel is good and clean and it’s like 10min walking distance to terminal C. We still coming back again to stay.

Cleanliness was tip-top. The crew was friendly and always warm. The room was great. The pool and gym were nice. Downside: The breakfast buffet doesn't match its cost. Way Fewer options than next door (the one with a rooftop pool next to Runway Manila and McDonald's) for the same price. If you need to request something delivered to the room other than IRD, it takes forever, and I have to call FD several times for them to deliver it. Overall, it was a nice budget hotel. I had a blast —unforgettable last 3 nights of my 2026 vacation at Savoy—my room 4035 knows it—my last stop before leaving my dear Philippines again. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
