“It was hard to get a hold of the host. I had to contact them about the stove in the unit as it wasn’t working. You also can’t use the microwave. But other than that, it was okay. The unit was clean. When I needed to extend my stay, I had to talk to the people in the reception because I couldn’t get a hold of the host. The person from the reception was able to reach the host, and I was able to extend my stay without a problem.”

“Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...
