The entire stay was excellent. On our last vacation in the Philippines, we stayed at this property 3 times. Clean room, very accommodating staff. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the breakfast buffet. What we loved most about this property is that it is only 10 minutes drive to the airport. We will definitely coming back to this property.

Upon arrival staff are accommodating and the lobby is vibrant. Staff are very friendly and hospitable everywhere you meet them. Amenities are very accessible especially the pool. Highly recommend this hotel. It was a good experience staying here for a night. I’m surely gonna come back here.

Our stay at Grand Westside Hotel Manila Bay was truly enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and conveniently located near Mall of Asia, Okada Manila, and other popular attractions. The ADJOINING Family room for 4 was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff members were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the hotel’s impressive facilities like the biggest piol ever, delicious food, and lovely views of Manila Bay. Overall, Grand Westside Hotel offers excellent service, comfort, and value. Check in was quick and seamless and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our luggage was quickly delivered to our room. The room itself wasn’t really big was just enough and perfect for our needs. It was clean and well maintained and very comfortable! My fiancé and I loved the breakfast and enjoyed how they showcased a unique Filipino kakanin daily! The shuttle to the malls too was very useful, but know that it is on a first come first serve basis and when we used it, it only had drop off and no pick-up. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would come back and stay there again :)
