The room was quite big for the two of us and its surprising, but we love it. Any calls from the front desk are acted upon promptly. All our queries were answered well. Our request were acted upon like baggage storeage, water kettle and laundry. They can improve their personal kits like lotion, add pillow and extra towels. Acu is fine, room was quite, internet is fine. Generally we love our stay...and we will book again. Thank you

Staff at the lobby and restaurant are nice. Reception is often less staff to assist the guests. First hotel I stayed without any hand or face towels just a bath towel and we stayed in one of the suite (12th floor). No shower mat. And could improve the cleanliness of the room. Hall way is hot and carpet looks dirty.
