“It's a great location and reasonably well finished as a room. As it is a pub in a coastal area I expected local noise and from the pub but they were both quiet. The issue is the deliveries for the pub that started at 5am on both days. Unless you have military grade ear protectors you will be woken up. Stayed for two nights, and booked a room for three but only two of us attended. “Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!”

Sarah is lovey, friendly and a really lovely host, however should be a little more direct and forceful of her rules ( ie check out times and parking). Parking is not the best as when full at least 2 cars will be blocked in completely - and annoyingly she kept trying to encourage me to park round the corner on the road- which I did not want to do ( hence booking a b&b with car...

We really enjoyed the variety of breakfast items available from yoghurt, pastries and cereal etc. the views were stunning and we loved enjoying our breakfast on the terrace watching the horses and rabbits in the field. Wish we stayed here for longer, I really want to come back”
