“The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

“room was dated but clean, no problems, would happily stay again.”

“We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

“It was a nice stay only thing I missed was a microwave to heat my food, rest overall was very good...I loved the hot chocolate :)”

“What a lovely home from home boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable and super friendly. my grandchildren and I were made to feel so welcome. So relaxing.”

“Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.”

“All good. Would have appreciated pair of slippers which most hotels supply 😀! Reception didn’t seem to know timing of trams to North Station.”

“Rooms are large and well equipped and perfect if you don’t need or want other normal hotel facilities. Plenty of eating options nearby as well”

“Came to a room in the dungeons through a corridor that was not even decorated Room was okish but the toilet had not been cleaned and the bowl was full of dried urine stains”
