“Came to a room in the dungeons through a corridor that was not even decorated Room was okish but the toilet had not been cleaned and the bowl was full of dried urine stains”

“There was stains on bedding. The shower was poor and could not get the right temperature. Water was scalding and could not get it cooler when putting on cold tap and pressure dropped so could not use. Mattress on bed very hard.No sleep. Kettle leaked. Switched itself back on after boiling so had to switch off at the mains.”

“Cuando llegué entre semana por la tarde, a plena luz del sol, la fachada del edificio por la que esta la entrada, da un poco de miedito, tiene aspecto desgastado, hay bastantes vagabundos/borrachos por las inmediaciones. Pasas una puerta corredera de cristal y tienes que subir por el ascensor a la 1 era plata, donde esta la recepción, hasta llegar ahi, la moqueta se ve sucia, con olor, e interior del ascensor un poco lúgubre, da la sensación de que has metido la pata y estas en un hostal o...

“The hotel was ok you had to take your rubbish out yourself and give it to staff but there are snow staff around to give rubbish so had take rubbish out of hotel and put it in the bin myself don't think that suitable to be a hotel if you have a take your rubbish out yourself ”
