The room was lovely and spacious and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. A continental breakfast was delivered by 8am which was very filling. The hotel is perfect for ambling round the shops as it’s in the centre of Lytham St Annes. Parking is close by with plenty of on street parking and a couple of small car parks close by.

The hotel was in a perfect location to explore everything Lytham had to offer I had a problem downloading the voucher on offer for dinner in the olive tree however when I rung the helpline the lady who answered was very helpful and sorted everything out for us I would not hesitate to stay in mode again

The hotel is very clean and in a great location. The car park is a short 2 minute wallk away at Lytham Green/ Clifton Drive. There are several bars / restaurants on the doorstep, our favourite being Zest. My only criticism is the pillows are hard and lumpy and need replacing.. A great stay overall

Lovely stay for a last minute 1 night stay. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Informed staff I was gluten free and they provided me a lovely GF continental breakfast. Beds were comfy everything was clean. Your opposite the main pub in the square so you can step out and dine at some lovely places. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Lytham again. Thank you! 5 stars from me.

Family of 5 stayed in room 210 which consisted of 2 rooms (207 and 208). Only one double bed in room 208 and 2 single beds in room 207 so kids had to share a bed. This was a bit disappointing considering we had specifically said we had 5 guests in our party. Slept very well. Beds very comfortable. Hairdryer in room 208 wasn't working but able to use the one in room 207. Grab and go breakfast for each of us was OK. Brunch bar and croissant very nice. Most of the apple's we had were brown inside so these got thrown away. The strawberry yoghurts we each had were watery and not nice to eat. Served with pure orange which again was nice. There is a Sainsbury's across the road which is were we purchased a few items to snack on before we left. We parked on the beach front which is free after 6pm and until 9am. Less than a minute walk to the hotel. Overall OK. Nice place just a few things could make this an amazing stay.

I had a an absolutely fabulous stay at the a Mode Hotel! The bed is so comfortable and staff when I spoke to them were so lovely and friendly. Fab idea having a vending machine too. Love the simplistic aspect and the warm welcome letter you get too. The room had a fantastic coffee machine too. Really fab thank you.

The parking was easy outside after 6pm and we were gone by 9am so the restrictions were not an issue. Breakfast was great and the room was very well presented and clean. We have stayed in St Anne’s at the hotel many times and always found the team to be very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
