“We spent the night for a firework display night, the fireworks were a let down, but the hotel, staff and restaurant all made up for it.”

“The lady who checked in was so lovely, even took us to our room. Every member of staff asks if you need help finding anything and direct you to were you need to be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the room stay was 10/10.”

“Room was clean but very cold couldn’t get the underfloor heating to work Breakfast was disappointing plate was oily eggs were overcooked beans were cold as if the were straight out of the tin as was the mushroom and tomato sausages ,bacon ,black pudding and hash brown were lukewarm and didn’t come with toast or fried bread”

“One the most beautiful hotels that I have been, a real medieval castle in the middle of nowere, with al the 21th century facilities. Amazing!!!”

“Every time I travel back north I stay at this place as it's friendly, has what you need and more-aka the restaurant next door and nearby to bigger shops too”

“First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

“Generic but convenient. Served our needs for visiting the area. The bar was a bit bland and expensive. The coffee could have been better at breakfast. Staff at reception were excellent. As someone who drinks a lot of water I also appreciated the water fountain.”

“Excelente lugar”

“Described as a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Very confusing accommodation with bathroom and toilet access or down the hall. Greeting was interesting but beds were okay for sleeping and mainly quiet. Pictures don't represent the rooms and expectations from advertising not met. Would not stay again even for one night.”

“Superior room very spacious and decent spec.”

“Hotel nuevo, muy bien diseñado, espacioso, cómodo, ubicado cerca del centro de la ciudad”

“Es muy bonito, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Habitaciones muy cuidadas y con muchos detalles. Limpio, encantador y empleados muy amables. Muy recomendable. ”

“Tiene buena ubicación y un desayuno muy bueno, los cuartos son pequeños pero bien”

“Solo una pega: camas single en habitación familiar es sofa cama con muelles que clavan. ”
