“As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. ”

“Room was clean and ideal. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend for the Gavin and Stacey Tour, which is a short walk away. Parking is street parking around the corner. Breakfast was good.”

Spotless room towels plenty,and soft, love the little toiletries.
Only couple of negatives the bathroom was beautiful, but needs bigger shower head spolit it abit, need towel rail next to the sink, and mayb shelf in the shower to put toiletries, and towel rail at the end of the bath.”

“A lovely place to stay. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the duvet was happily not tucked into the bed, meaning you could get straight in without having to re-tuck the bed sheet in (tucked in duvets is a pet hate!).
The food was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall ambiance of the place was lovely. Will definitely stay again.”
