“Abbey House is a really good hotel - one of our favourites. The building and its settings are very impressive and very well kept. All members of staff that we met and dealt with were friendly, helpful and cheerfully efficient. This hotel really does deserve to succeed. “The place was clean and the staff were friendly, the meals we had were good the breakfast buffet was standard with a lack of bacon on our last day. Parking was adequate. I cut my leg on bed as the screws were sharp however when told reception the maintenance man sorted it out.”
