“Service was awful throughout, no amenities & staff lost control of the reception. Disappointing that reception didn’t have spare toothbrushes or toothpaste available. Basic emergency toiletries are something I’d expect a hotel to stock for guests. Loud arrival with what looked like some kind of school prom, kids and young adults playing and jumping all over the reception area and access to the stairs leading to the rooms.
