Always Clean and always a superb breakfast with super friendly/helpful staff. Shame that the Costume Drying Machine in the Spa Men's Changing Room was not only Out of Order but had been taken off the wall. I hope it comes back as it is an excellent amenity. The Car Park continues to be very disappointing. I realise it is managed by a 3rd Party not the hotel but there are pot holes everywhere and it is in such a state. It brings the hotel down in my opinion.

Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was full of kids so we didn't went for a swim. Breakfast was good and had many options. The car park was quite full and the spots were a bit tight (even worse because a lot of people didn't know how to park 🙃) But overall was a nice experience! Highly recommend it!

Great choice at breakfast, friendly staff and the pool is lovely and warm. Can’t fault it here. Plenty of free parking too and just off the M6/M55. Will stay again. Appreciated the Easter hunt too for my youngest who got some chocolate. Nice touch!
