Didn't use the spa / gym so can only comment on hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable stay with courteous, helpful staff. The facilities were splendid and the food (dinner and breakfast) was very enjoyable and well presented. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others!

This is a luxurious feeling hotel and experience. We booked a king standard room for one night and we're given the opportunity to upgrade to an executive room. Absolutely no need to and glad we didn't! 10/10 for the stay and delicious breakfast with quality ingredients.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the gate house and loved the room. My wife had a spa and tea/lunch day. She said it was one of the best massages she’s ever had and the lunch was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel. Stayed here 2 nights in their cheapest classic twin room. Room and bathroom newly refurbished and very nice. Great beds, very clean and we really enjoyed breakfast. We ate dinner too and it was great. Staff is lovely and helpful and there’s plenty of space to sit outside with a coffee on the terrace or round the back in their large garden. Would definitely stay again.

As a regular business traveller I have experienced many hotels nationally which have claimed to be wonderful, and quite often found them to be disappointing. Barton Manor however have consistently provided exceptional standards of service. I have stayed 15-20 times this year so far and will continue to do so when I am in the area. Just keep doing what you do so well. 10/10

Easy parking at the front of the hotel, friendly welcome. Loved that the check in was after 2pm! Room was an Exec Patio king which was on the ground floor of the new wing, overlooking the front. Very clean, with toiletries, iron ironing board, coffee machine, kettle, simple but good storage for a couple of nights stay. Shelving for own toiletries in bathroom and great mirrors/lighting. Hairdryer, smart tv. Comfortable bed and pillows, usb ports beside bed, blackout curtains, and patio door with outside table and chairs. To use the inside pool you were charged £10 for 2 sessions and were a towel. Lockers to use were £1. Very disappointing spa facilities. No shower gel/shampoo provided. One water replenishment machine was in an award position, in a unisex changing area, not in spa itself. The whirlpool didn’t have any bubbles. Pool steps not clean and rubbish left in the sauna, unfortunately won’t be using again. The front reception/bar area did smell of sewage but not sure if that’s a permanent smell or the amount of rainfall. Despite the negativity we did have a lovely room and a good nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and a great choice of buffet.
