“Nice, clean, good service. I enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was just to simple for four stars.”

“Nice place, just in the midle of town, Simon the owner was a really good guy.”

“Stayed for two nights as a stop over whilst going homeward. Wanted to have a look around the area. Room was small but adequate. Clean with en-suite shower. Ate in the dining area of the pub both nights and enjoyed the food. Informal but friendly service by all, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommend a walk to the canal and then the walk to Gloucester on the tow path. It’s well paved and flat and about three miles.”

“Well located to shops and city center.”

“Horrible hotel con mas aspecto de hospital que de hotel. El baño, espantoso, nunca habia visto uno asi. Sin plato de ducha, te duchabas en el propio suelo.”

“Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value.”

“A hotel that is neither luxurious or basic. The room was clean and quite. The service was average. ”

“The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The property is absolutely gorgeous and food and drink was amazing!”
