“Habitación limpia y confortable”

“Todo muy bien”

“Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink...

“Todo bien, solamente la cama que me tocó ya está un poco viejo el colchón, por no decir en las últimas. En el baño la regadera solamente funciona una vez, los demás días ya no funcionó la regadera :( Pero está bien el lugar, caminando a todos lados. ”

“Cleaners really helpeful, let me check my bags in early in order to attend a wedding a few miles away. Would love to stay a little longer next time. Also breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Thanks for the stay”

“The room was very tired, wobbly floorboards, causing the wardrobe to rattle excessively. The bathroom again was tired, the shower was cold. Broken toilet roll holder. It was clean though. We were hardly in the room anyway, so it did what was needed. The fire alarm went off on the first night, which wasn't a nice wake up call. Luckily it was just someone vaping in their room. The staff were friendly though . I'm was about a 25 minute walk from the station there's a bus also. No 3 heworth cafe was...

“The property is very central and has easy access to the city centre. The room was spacious but the pub is quite loud at night and you could hear the music until past midnight. You were just given a key and shown where the room was and that was it. The room only had a bath and I wasn’t aware of that”

“Egy napos kirándulást terveztünk Yorkban, ez a fogadó ideális szallas volt egy éjszakára. A parkolás nagyon jó, bent vagy szinte a központban , gyalog minden elérhető, a reggeli finom volt, a staff segítőkész és rendes. Ha legközelebb Yorkban járunk, náluk fogunk megszállni.”

“Great location (less than 10 minutes from the train station and old town centre). The hosts were kind and overall it was a sufficiently pleasant experience.”

“A nice, clean hotel close to York city centre. Had everything we needed for a short break. Good breakfast and reasonably priced.”

“This hotel was great value for money. It’s a short walk from main attractions and train station. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing.”

“Room Comfortable, Noise could be heard from adjoining rooms though the hotel did provide earplugs. Good choice of beers in the bar and the Korean food provider served delicious food”

“Friendly staff, easy to check in, spacey room for a solo traveller. The room was not super clean but clean and tidy enough, nothing to worry about. The location was good—walkable distance to the shambles and the bus stop to Whitby and Scarborough.”

“Was a beautiful stay, the room was really clean, the property well maintained. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again or advise anyone to stay ☺️ thankyou!”

“Location was fine. Accused me of stealing key and didn’t want to change booking despite requesting before deadline.”

“Tolle Wohnung und tolle Lage!”

“I was welcomed & looked after like a family - pure Yorkshire. Started with best meal of the day. Excellent isn't a big enough word !”
