“This my second time staying here for my annual footy trip to Melbourne, the first time (last year), I was full of praise. This year not so much. My room was an old adjoining room to the one next door. The occupants of that one fought for a good 2hrs up until I called reception to do something before I called the police. Then in another room, someone thought it was ok to start singing (kind of) at 5am. Second night I was planning on getting up around 5am to go home, next door was at it again, and...

“Unbeatable value place to stay. Lovely and clean, quiet and spacious. Everything we needed was catered for and it was a definite bonus to be able to bring our doggo. We’d absolutely stay here again - thanks a mill good people.”

“The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Also, close to the Catholic Church. The room was neat and clean, with the heater excellent during our Winter stay. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected, with the sheets being a bit hard. The price was phenomenal, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The water was lovely and hot, and the water pressure was great. My four kids and wife were happy with the two rooms.”

“Very tired and run down unit, smells, demanding a $100 bond, clean bed, basically a bed for the night. Permanent renters noisy, smoking outside door & shouting till late. Close to tram in to town though.”
