The carpet looked dirty and was in poor condition room service was very poor and I had to call the manager to get the room made and then it was badly done I actually saw a small roach on a bench where the microwave was housed if I had been a lady I would not have felt safe from a security point of view I will not be recommending it or would I every be staying there again

We booked a hot tub room, and we’re going to a concert nearby. It seems that maybe it is being renovated and not yet complete. The door handle was missing to the bathroom so there was just a hole. The bathroom was clean but pretty old. The spa was HUGE, but has a normal tap on it so takes around 2 hours to fill. We actually didn’t really get a chance to use it because we didn’t have time to wait 2 hours before going out. I think a smaller spa or a hardcore tap is needed. It was an ok stay but we wouldn’t book it again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 nights stay at the Bell. It was easy to find, plenty of close parking, a clean, comfy, well-equipped, warm and spacious room. My only suggestion would be a nice 2-seater lounge to make staying in the room that much more enticing.

Stayed for one night in the spa suite, huge spa bath was a novelty and loved it! Room was overall fine, had a separate bathroom with shower, small kitchen/microwave and fridge. Bed was not too bad if not a bit soft and springy. Good value for what it is though.

The positive is that the property is close to lots of shopping and dining options on High Street and at Northland. Good parking on site. However, we did not have a comfortable night sleep due to traffic noise on busy Bell Street. Suggest booking a room on ground floor on opposite side of Bell Street. In addition, the double bed mattress/base was so bad that it made both of us rolled towards the middle all night.

Room was big & clean & reasonably priced but outdated. Check in was easy & simple as I had prepaid. Air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t have it on at night in 36degrees. Road noise was terrible Corridors stunk of cigarette smoke. Other patrons noisy & playing music at 4am. Room are not in anyway soundproof. Pool was disgusting & couldn’t be used.
