Clean comfortable basic motel. Easy access and parking. Wifi good. Have stayed here before as close to Austin hospital for appointments. Staff friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

Bed comfortable nice sheets and pillows. General condition of room and bathroom poor, cracked sink, black between tiles, toilet cistern cracked. Iron burn mark on carpet. No food/breakfast available. Only saw someone on reception when we arrived, otherwise deserted staff wise.

Room was big & clean & reasonably priced but outdated. Check in was easy & simple as I had prepaid. Air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t have it on at night in 36degrees. Road noise was terrible Corridors stunk of cigarette smoke. Other patrons noisy & playing music at 4am. Room are not in anyway soundproof. Pool was disgusting & couldn’t be used.
