This is a great hotel, located in one of the most vibrant areas of Melbourne. Tons of cafes, restaurants, shops, things to do within easy walking distance. Staff is efficient and friendly. My only issue was the so-called "pool": it's more like a large bathtub. If 4 people are in it, it's way too crowded.

Staff were friendly. Maintenance on rooms and overall cleanliness was pretty mid. There were white stains on the side of the bed, that I really didn't want to think too much about. It was quite a warm weekend I was staying and the cooling was pretty average. Couldn't open the window because you know city pigeons and street noise. Location is pretty spot on for being in the CBD. The room was on the small side but great for one person. Loved the location and easy access to trams and the CBD, short walk to Chinatown, shops, lots of food choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.
