“The room was clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay in Dover on our way to a cruise. Alex was so helpful and kind to weary travelers just off of a long flight from America. The coffee shop he recommended was awesome and so welcoming - they thought we would become regulars but unfortunately we had to leave Dover. “AC worked great. Conveniently located for hoping on a cruise ship-short drive to cruise port. Desk staff were helpful Room was clean but housekeeping didn’t replenish soap or shampoo and left us only one towel despite reservation for two.”

“Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing. We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret.”

“We recently attended a nearby wedding and stayed at The Five Bells, an amazing family-run pub and B&B. The family room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with complimentary toiletries that were especially appreciated as we’d forgotten ours at home. Mary and her daughters were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this lovely place.”
