No air-conditioning however there was a fan but room was extremely hot. The double sofabed is not standard size so struggle to fit 2 in and had to resort to using sofabed cushions on the floor. Id definitely recommend 2 rooms if travelling as a family of 4 that includes a teen. Service from all staff exceptional.

The location of the hotel was in the middle of a highway but I get it that's on me I should've checked but the fact that they called me when my food was ready and told me to pick it up from reception was really surprising as I've never experienced this before in any hotel doesn't matter if it's 1 star or 5 star... The rooms were really clean and the people at reception were really nice as well but they should have someone who can deliver food to your room .

Wonderful staff. Comfortable bed. Strong shower. My three must haves ticked off. Parking was reasonable with electric charging stations. The included breakfast was really welcome. Tasty and of a good quality. The bathroom had a maintenance issue. A small leak of water by the lavatory. Otherwise the Canterbury team do an excellent job.

I’m teased a lot for being a hotel snob, but this hotel has changed my views on “cheaper” hotels, stayed here 4 nights and I’m actually a bit sad to be leaving, I have felt welcomed and comfortable here from the moment I arrived to the moment that I am about to check out. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble and all work very hard. Book with confidence, you won’t regret it.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Very good value for money and an excellent place to stay if you’re catching the ferry from Dover. The breakfast was amazing and included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
