The room was clean and the staff had made sure that the room was accommodating us with kids. The breakfast was lovely too! Unfortunately we had to check out earlier than planned due to a loss in the family on that day. We would love to come and visit again !

Nice large room with strangely one of the smallest bathrooms even. Hardly any room to move in the shower. Nice views from hotel room. VERY outdated elevator that should have been updated with the rest of the property. Nice location right near the beach.

Excellent hotel slightly let down by the bathroom. Overall very nice- great decor, comfy beds, A/c, excellent pillows. But the bathroom radiator couldn’t be turned off even though it was 30 degrees outside, there was nowhere to put anything down (no shelf etc) and the shower water was hard to get to maintain a good temperature. I’d still stay there again though. It really was very nice.

Great location very close to the seafront (we could see the sea from our room) and slightly away from noisier/busier part of Folkestone. 10-min walk to train station. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Very good breakfast (although bread quality could be improved). Overall a great stay - would not hesitate to stay again when visiting Folkestone again.

Twin room there was no gap between the beds but this was fine for us. The heat and aircon was great silent and easy to use the sea view was lovely. The breakfast was high quality there was a faff with coffee which ought to be explicitly told to diners to save discomfort and embarrassment. One word of warning and it’s not about the hotel per se just the location -double check if there’s something going on in the leas there was a 2 day techno music festival all day Saturday and Sunday over the bank holiday which was appallingly noisy and killed any idea of relaxation over the bank holiday.
