“The Reisen is a lovely place to stay in Hahndorf. Great for walking and exploring the town. Only negative is paying for a balcony room to be only looking at a tin roof. Not what the photos show”

“The room was surprisingly large with a spa bath included. Easy check in and check out process and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here as we found it very quiet.”

“Very dissapointing. Heater did not work properly and it was very cold. No wifi. Tv was very small and could only get one channel. Not a smart tv so we couldn't stream. Walls were cracked...smelt very musty. No soap in the soap dispenser in the shower. The actual hotel was nice and the pokie room was lovely. Meals were nice. Unfortunately no breakfast amenities...no toaster or microwave. Should have looked around for a better place to stay.”

“Perfect location and room for our family at a fantastic price point. Big comfy beds and TV. Separate room for kids.
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Chelsea in particular helped us get back into our room having been locked out after hours.
Walls, carpets need a refresh and shower head needs replacing as it comes out in 2 or 3 thin high pressure jets. But as mentioned, not too much to complain about given the location and price.”
