I loved the bi level loft. Our room felt like a condo instead of a small hotel room. I loved the full kitchen, tons of storage, and the hotel grounds were very clean and pretty.

It was kid friendly and feels like you’re at home.

Quick check in. No hassles. Covered parking included. Nice room with balcony. Some construction in the area, but wasn't a problem for us.

Lei the receptionist was terrible, no customer service skills, had to prompt her to return my ID Presentation very poor

We absolutely loved our stay staff was amazing, room was spotless would highly recommend for anyone going to San Francisco

Staff was great! Loved the free breakfast and parking.

The staff were very friendly and the room had a full kitchen, which was nice. There were fresh cookies every evening and coffee all day. The breakfast was healthy and was decent, but it was all cold stuff.

Nice and clean. I mean really clean. I love it Very friendly people easy check-in. Actually the food was pretty good for breakfast plus they had a nice mixer on Monday night. I always like free stuff hors d’oeuvres and beer. It doesn’t get better than that. Rich
