Had an awesome experience staying here. Location was great, the rooms were huge, with all of the amenities of being at home. Wish the arcade was open but it's under renovation. Other than that it was a 10/10 for me and my family. Would definitely recommend and we will be back next year.

Very spacious, clean rooms with Kitchen with good a/c to beat the Vegas heat during July. Parking was not sheltered, so the car was very hot although sheltered parking was available after a short walk. Little bit south of the strip, so need a car. There is no house keeping but they provide you sheets and other necessary items upon request. Overall a very good stay and will go back here next time.

Me and my family loved our stay here and will stay here again, !it’s comfortable and home away from home. My only complaint this time was the my Room B had a smokey, mildew smell and when I called for housekeeping to come and spray the room they never came, also we asked for extra towels and we never received them, and since we had somewhere to be, we had to use our swimming towels,

​We just got back from our first family trip to Vegas this past June, and this place was perfect for our family of five. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit, and the rooms were absolutely amazing—plenty of space for everyone so we weren't cramped at all. ​Since it was our first time visiting, we really appreciated how helpful the staff was with everything. The location is great, too; it’s not right on the chaotic strip, but close enough that everything we wanted to see was within a quick 15-minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 2 nights with family, our suite was clean and well kept for the most part, did notice trash had been swept into the corners and under fridge. Had a plumbing issue but that was resolved quickly they sent maintenance within 30 minutes, shower water pressure was low but not a big deal. The pull out sofa bed was fine and extra bedding provided for it. The property is large but check in was quick since we did pre-registration. Elevators worked well. We enjoyed the “quiet pool” since the other 2 were VERY busy. Pool towels provided in pool area. Would stay here again!

It took us three tries and two hours to finally get into a room. The room was good size and in good shape. The main issue was horrible communication in the check in process. The first room was occupied. The second room had not been clean yet. The third room had an AC issue when we first walked in. We received no real help for the hassle of checking in. The only helpful person was the head of security.

Overall the room and stay was great. We booked the family suite with 2 rooms in one. Our first night there, while hanging out with our kids a maintenance worker came in without knocking around 11 pm. When stopped at the door he said our tv was not working and he came to fix it. Leaving him in the hallway I told him all tvs in both rooms were on and working and no one called him to come fix anything. He insisted and said one of us requested it from the tv but not sure how that is if the tv was supposedly not working. Also, the lock on the door to enter to our family suite was broken.

Listen if you are going to stay here at this Condo Resort don't pick a Holiday Weekend. There is 3400 condos here and over the 4th of July holiday weekend there was at least 6000 people here on property. All 5 pools and the hot tubs where zoos. We extended two more nights here. Because all the people left on Sunday July 5. So from Sunday to Thursday when we leave tommorw the pool in the very front tower has been about 10 people max in the pool ! Always know this company has 2 other condo resorts here in Vegas. The Cliffs is their nicest one. It is small, but not walking distance to anything. The Berkeley Condos is the next ones which is across the driveway the Silverton Casino. This property The Grandview is the biggest and busiest and you are across the street from South Point where you have a bunch of restaurants, bowling, movies and all that. We have been staying at my Vacation Village resorts here in Vegas since COVID ! I do like them. Also to be honest some of the Condos here at Grandview are beat up more then others. Same with The Berkeley ! It can be hit or miss depending on the condo you get ! The front tower here seems to be the best kept.
