Great comfortable room. Big bonus was the washer and dryer and kitchen amenities. The WiFi was very unstable for the TV, and the parking situation is a nightmare if you have a large vehicle. Overall, however it is a great place and ideal for someone without a car or parking needs.

Curated record collection was missing. There was no Internet service so we couldn’t watch TV and we thought we were getting a patio along with our room but I know that it was fantastic room was clean dishes and pots were available to use. It was great just a few minor things, but I think that’s subjective to our feelings so overall a five star rating.

Clean rooms, modern and decent. Enough for one person for a short stay. The online checkin process and lack of a representative in person felt burdensome and strenuous to me. I stayed for one night, I do not recommend if you are looking for a quick in and out. It was also an extremely extremely noisy street. My stay was during a Sunday, and it was still noisy due to facing a main street. I could not rest or sleep much. However, if you are in town and looking to party and have fun, it is a good location for that.

We stayed here for a week with our two children (10 & 8). It was a great location and easy to get in and out - although there are a lot of access codes to remember ! We loved the pool !!!! The washing machine and dryer in our room was brilliant - as was the large fridge/freezer. There is no reception or anyone onsite - everything is done online - but this wasn’t an issue, and they were super quick to respond on email about anything we needed. Would definitely recommend ❤️

Easy check in / out all done online. I had some questions about parking, they replied to my message with in minutes and were very helpful. Room was clean with a kitchenette which was lovely. There was a record player but no records to play. Great location for us to walk to the Palladium.

Fenix hotel was very clean and modern. The entry codes were a little hard to deal with because every aspect of the hotel was secured by codes. Someone has to get out of the car and punch in the code for the gate to open. There was only a virtual front desk that had to be called to get assistance however we happened to find hotel staff that were very nice and helpful and got us to our room. The portal that was provided by the hotel was convenient as it had all the property instructions, codes and check in/out ability. We had an AC unit, big fridge, coffee machine, microwave and washer/dryer combo in the suite. The convenience of those were well worth the price. The hotel was a few minutes walk away from hollywood walk of fame and many stores and restaurants. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend staying there.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is one block away from Hollywood Boulevard, the Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theater, etc. Universal Studios is a 6 min drive away which was nice. The surrounding area can feel sketchy at night. There was trash on the sidewalk right outside the hotel during the entire weekend we stayed. The amount of codes you need to know can be a hassle but it did provide assured security. The washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience. 4/5 stars for me.

Our check-in was a little rough as we requested early check-in. But it was accommodated well. Memorize the front door and room access codes for a smoother experience. Rooms are clean and efficient, with a fully equipped kitchen. Even had a washer, dryer and dishwasher! Good stay and would certainly recommend Fenix Hollywood to others.
