The location was excellent for our needs. The self check in /use of keypad codes took a little bit of getting used to but once we got used to it everything was fine - first time not staying in a conventional hotel with manned reception.

Location is great and room was really big, clean and comfy. Mattress can be a bit softer. Check in and out was super easy, it would help if room number was a bit clearer. Accessing codes were also easy. Overall great stay.

Perfect location for a Hollywood Bowl Concert! And walking distance from the strip! Very nice, we would stay there again! I had a little trouble checking in but it was on my end... the Fenix staff helped me through it! Thank you! Nice room, too, I wish we had stayed another day!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the contactless check-in was smooth and easy. Having a kitchen and laundry facilities was really helpful and made our stay even more convenient. The location was great for exploring LA, and it was a lovely place to come back to and relax after a day out. Would happily stay here again!

Honestly will be staying here when we have Hollywood trips because it was beautiful and affordable! Checkin was a little tricky with piecing together texts and emails but once we got it figured out it was very smooth :)

Room was clean, safe parking. With the hotel being more based on technology we did have technical difficulties getting into our room. They were really good at communicating and helping out though. I will say it did have a very strong odor that wouldn't go away

This is a fantastic property my wife and I were very pleased with the facility as well as the Location. Very convenient for leaving your car there at the hotel and being able to walk To Hollywood Boulevard as well as Sunset Strip. Floor in room could have been cleaner.

New to me, but the value is great, the "virtual check-in'l" scared me at first (I'm old) but was done before it started. It's not some bougie hotel (thank God) but large rooms, kitchens and above almost everything, IT'S VERY QUIET in the rooms despite it being on a very busy local short-cut to regular LA residents, windows and roms very low sound. Nice sized swimming pool and very nice people. The location for visiting Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Historic Chinese Movie Theater is 10+ It's both Hotel and I would consider actually renting in the Fen8x.residential apartments.

Great comfortable room. Big bonus was the washer and dryer and kitchen amenities. The WiFi was very unstable for the TV, and the parking situation is a nightmare if you have a large vehicle. Overall, however it is a great place and ideal for someone without a car or parking needs.
