It's very near Many things. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. . It would be nice if they gave you a list of places of where you could get things you might need. Like a local grocery or Bodega. We were wanting like water and dinks for the roomor bandaids just .things that may not have been thought of. But it was wonderful!!!

It’s a great Airbnb. Location is perfect for all of Hollywood must see. The only reserve is that it is not a hotel. There is desk and most people live full time. It shouldn’t be marked as an hotel.

The room was clean, parking was too tight. Room would have been comfortable except that there was dogs next door that kept barking and we couldn’t sleep good enough. I would have requested another room but there wasn’t any available.

It wasn’t easy to communicate and I was under the impression I would have a full working kitchen. Also, we ran out of toilet paper towels and paper towels and I had to call them each time I needed something. I understand we were going out to eat quite often but there was about 2 pans and no oven use. Everything was quite hard to communicate knowing that I had to call everyone I needed something. Also, they didn’t change the sheets in a week stay that we were there and the trash was only taken out once so we had to continue using Walmart bags as our trash cans. Otherwise, the property itself was nice and the fact that we needed codes for everything made me feel safe, absolutely no one could get onto the premises without all the codes. Overall not bad.

Excellent customer service. Extra blankets brought on the same day that requested them. Bottles of water were restocked, as were toilet rolls and toiletries. We were also offered clean towels, despite having a washer and dryer in the room. I lost my phone on the 2nd day of my stay so didn't have access to my email to retrieve the door codes, however Customer Service were very quick to help me get back in ! Great location, 5 minutes from Hollywood Boulevard and metro line for getting around without a car. We took the metro to and from LAX, Santa Monica and Universal Studios. Would highly recommend!!
