“Really comfortable, quiet and clean bedroom, the bathroom was on the small side and not as nice as the rest of the room (still nice enough). The staff were friendly but seemed very busy so they just gave us the key and pointed us in the direction of the outbuiling where our bedroom was located. If you have heavy luggage or struggle with stairs our room would not be for you as there were some very steep stairs.”

“Ideal location within the town of Keswick, the staff were brilliant and the breakfast was very good, the room was a good size but the bed was very creaky and it could do with a new mattress. There is free parking but its made for smaller cars as its really a tight squeeze. Overall we had a great stay.”

“Much faded since my previous stay about 8 years ago. Id asked for a twin room but was given a double bed. The duvet however, was edge to edge so didn't cover 2 people adequately. The cooked breakfast sausage, mushrooms, hash browns were deep fried. Mushrooms looked like sheep droppings, tiny and black. Evening meal on Friday was better.”
