“Hard to contact staff, Dosen't matter messaged or phoned, there is no answer. Shared area small sofa is very dirty, kitchen no kitchen paper towel. No sound proof wall, we were woke up earlier morning by loud sounds from kitchen room. No air condition, room very hot in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was a nice stay for us.”

“Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B.”

“Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.”

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”

“When I arrived a guy told me where to Park as I didn’t request parking on the booking as I didn’t want to pay for parking which was going to cost me £10. Then this morning got an email suggesting I owe £10 for parking. Which I will not be paying.!”

“Property is on a very quite and what it seems to be a safe neighbor. We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. We happen to stay on the hottest day on the history of London and the room was hot but be were received by a fan that was in place and on when we arrived late at night.
