We were given a warm welcome and our room was very large, with 2 double beds! It was quiet and spacious, if a little dated. There was a fridge, which was a bonus for storing food and drinks.

Had a lovely stay here in one of the apartments. Fantastic facilities and large space. Mattress a little uncomfortable but still slept well. We will definitely consider if we were to visit the area again. 5 ⭐️

The hotel is located outside downtown London. Is far away from all the tourist traps. You get to experience life like the locals do. The metro station is nearby and it will take you directly into London. There are a lot of dining options a few minutes walk from the hotel. You will be impressed.

Average hotel. Clean but dated furnishings. Beds were hard and the pillows were too. Continental breakfast, again ok but nothing special. Didn't check out the local area but it seem to have plenty of shops and restaurants/cafes.

My family of four stayed in a two bedroom apartment for a week. We had a great time as the apartment was so comfortable. It seemed to be newly renovated. The kitchen, toilets, shower booth, bedrooms, everything was clean. The living space is spacious so my friends who visited us also had a great impression. The staff were also very kind. We would love to stay here again when we visit London. Thank you!

It was a very clean hotel. Minor issues like shower door does not close properly, I have brought that to the management attention . They promised to fix it. Other than that it was great. I would choose to stay there again if I visit London again.

Breakfast extremely poor. Choice and quality was very limited. Egg was rotten and green. Juice was off. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were not friendly and were unwelcoming. They came across as completely disinterested and we were made to feel unwelcome. Would not return.
