Nothing to really dislike. Initially I had a panic when I reread the check in details which said I would get a follow up email with details. Fortunately Expedia stepped in and sorted it out. I checked my spam folder etc but I never received the email. I slept well, it is in a convenient location, just a 10 min walk to the regular W3 bus to Ally Pally. I think it would be good to have had some basic tea / coffee / milk. There should at least be some water in the room. I know there is a kitchen tap but bottled water would be better. The curtains in my room could do with being blackout ones. The table lamp didn’t work. Minor details would have boosted my score.

Our room was immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed. Our host was very communicative, helping with the free on street parking and providing us with kitchen cookware and utensils and a cot. The rooms are very comfy and well kept and there is plenty nearby. Thank you for having us!

The apartment was very clean and spacious and had a lovely smell when we arrived. Just what we needed for an efficient stay. Lovely bathroom. The only thing that I would say for next time is tea and coffee are included, would have been nice to have a couple of the little Uht milk cartons to have with it. Otherwise would recommend.

I’m giving 3 stars rather than 1 because the location was convenient, close to a bus stop, and the management was quick to respond. I hope the following issues can be addressed to improve the stay: 1. The room was extremely hot, and the fans provided were not blowing enough air. I had to request a working fan. Non-working fans should not be provided in the first place. 2. The mattress was uncomfortable and bent in the centre. 3. The duvet cover for the sofa bed had stains. Although the replacement was provided quickly, stained covers should be replaced rather than kept in the room. 4. The bathroom basin was too small, with no shelf or space to keep toiletries. A slightly larger basin would be much more practical. 5. I requested an iron and portable electric stove 24 hours in advance, but they were not provided initially. The host responded quickly and provided them after I followed up. 6. The small entrance gate gets stuck frequently and is difficult to open. It should be repaired. Overall, the management was responsive, and I hope these issues can be resolved for future guests.
