Ok booking in but ihad toask that one off my rooms was what i paid for as it was not. Email meal i booked but when we arrived no table reserved for me at it was a 30th birthday meal. They was going to put us any were but i said no as i booked. Morning break sat ok sunday different story they need our table which was a party of 7 for other guests and asked us to move out side with our tea/coffee so they could have the tables. We thought it was strange they was clearing our table quick even when we got up with kids to get more food /drink they was ready to take iur plates

Stayed here for a few nights with the family in interconnecting rooms. Facilities in the room were excellent, beds were comfy and the shower clean and powerful. Breakfast had a great selection of different foods and easily walkable to Regents Park or the tube for exploring the city. Parking was expensive but very convenient so we’d definitely stay here again.
