“チェンマイ鉄道駅前のコンドミニアム。 建物入口にモーニングブッフェをやっているレストランが１１７バーツでやっていてよい。 部屋はきれいだが、扉の取っ手が取れたりと経年劣化は否めない。 ５泊したが一切ルームサービスは無いのでごみの処理に困った。（バスタオル類は部屋に洗濯機があるのでそれを使って洗う。ただ水のタンクはシャワーと洗濯を連続ですると使い切ってしまうため要注意。しばらく水が一切出なくなります。） アメニティーは一切ないので自分で要購入。 民泊と考えればいいです。 大きい冷蔵庫と、電子レンジ食器はある。（食器を洗う洗剤はないため今回は紙コップ等を購入した。） オーナーに電話して鍵を受け取るシステムなので現地の携帯電話と英語力は要する。オーナーは英語が堪能でとてもいい感じの人でした。 ”
