The Convera Riverfront is a very good hotel located a 10 minute Grab ride from central Chiang Mai, Comvers staff and service are excellent, The Hotel pool is very nice, and not often busy. The gym is well equipped and also not busy. Breakfast has much variety and is of good quality. Rooms are large and pleasant, but not quite to the exceptional level of newer hotels in the Convera chain.

The Centara Riverside provides good value for money, excellent service and very good facilities including a great outdoor pool. The hotel is a 10-15 minute Grab ride from the action at the centre of Chiang Mai. But our tours, one out of town and the other Mama Noi cooking class provided transportation from the Hotel. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Centara Riverside and our 3rd stay at a hotel in the Centara chain. So, yes, we recommend it highly.

Our favorite hotel in all of Chiang Mai

This is a fantastic hotel, excellent in every way. We have stayed there at least three times and are never disappointed. The staff are all first-class, from Alex the manager to housekeeping. The fees are very reasonable for the value. We visit Chiang Mai every year, and the Centara is our favorite hotel in all of Chiang Mai.

Nice large rooms with river view , decor old style but well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast and easy access to local restaurants too.
