The epitome of Asian hospitality, the staff were genuinely friendly and took pride in their work. They accommodated my requests, rooms were clean and beds were comfy and cosy. I had booked some spa treatments and they accommodated my request to have my elderly mother sit in the treatment room with me as she has dementia and cannot be on her own. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay there.

I stayed in The Level Premium Room with club lounge access. The service has been impeccable since I arrived - with welcome drinks, detailed explanations of the lounge and other services such as free ironing of 1 garment per day. The lounge on Level 21 also provided a great view over Chiang Mai, and guests were also given afternoon tea with delicious scones (and other pastries) with a variety of drinks and then evening cocktails with light dinner bites. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel in Chiang Mai!
