The staff are incredible and Kalaya is AMAZING!!! We absolutely loved everything about our stay and she made it extra special!!!!! The rooms and hotel are modern, clean, and high quality. This new hotel is a GEM! . Shoutout to the kind, caring staff, especially Kalaya. Breakfast was fantastic & fresh made each morning. We appreciated the 24 hour complementary water & coffee station as well as kettle in our room.

The room was clean, quite, and very comfortable. The wifi worked great, and the rain shower was very relaxing. The breakfast had tasty choices which were all good. The coffee was brewed fresh with several options according to your preference. We liked it so much that we cancelled our upcoming stay at another hotel and rebooked those 3 nights at iThaphae.

I had a wonderful experience at iThaphae Hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The location is perfect for sight-seeing in the old city; the staff is efficient and friendly; the complimentary breakfast is a delicious mix of Thai dishes and simple Western breakfast items. The room accommodations are clean and comfortable and there is a safe in each room. There is also a beautiful pool area with tables/chairs and lounge chairs for relaxation between outings. I highly recommend this hotel!
