However, the blind was broken above one of the beds which let in an excessive amount of light in the early hours of the morning, which was extremely unideal with a four year old and a one year old child staying. “The staff here are absolutely wonderful creating a real home from home! The food in the restaurant was top notch and the drinks were served with care and attention. There was a lack of any kind of “ale” from the bar (neither bottles or cans) but that was the only missing item really. Almost everything is good but a couple of improvements would be around housekeeping - didn’t top up tea, sugar or bodywash on each day and we didn’t notice of course until needed!
