“The room was clean and tidy, very presentable. It looking a little tired but it was good comfortable stay. One thing to remember, they dont service the room everyday. Its every third day so if you like your privacy and you dont mind keeping things tidy yourself you're going to be fine. We were on the 16th floor so we had a fantastic view of lake Pupuki and Auckland city with the sky tower. The staff are helpful and friendly. “I reserved a deluxe room, but what I got was a small room with a double and single bed, there was no handle on the bathroom door and when the shower was on, there was a huge puddle on the floor, Servicing the room is just pull the sheets up, no stock up of anything. What you see on the website is not what you get”

“Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was. My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching.”
