We were very happy with Landshark. The only negative was the pool wasnt open for 5 of the 6 nights we were there. But the room was very clean. It did smell like cigarette smoke so i had to spray it down with lysol. But other than that, it was very clean.
Had a great time at ocean-villa with my family we loved it
buyer beware - the fees they charge are exorbitant. the price quoted per night on Hotels.com ended up TRIPLING with all the fees... it's an older complex but they do their best to keep in clean.
Went to check in were given arm bands and parking pass for hen they tell us they overbooked and have no room and this is 10:00 at night we had no where to stay then our car was blocked in by fire apparatus as the alarms going off in the property
Floors weren't mopped prior to and during our stay. Too much furniture making it difficult to get around in such a small area. Bathroom and separate sink area very small. Kitchen area had everything needed for the week.

The stay was fine, we just had to clean and vacuum on arrival because the place smelled very moldy/mildewy. Not sure if it was from hurricane or no one coming through to clean.
