Check-in was superb and service extraordinary with Parisda (not certain of the spelling) escorted us to our room on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Enjoying a massage at Chuan Spa is a must and being centrally located to everything helped to make our stay easy. The bed is bliss too!

Beautiful hotel, however I had no hot water and staff told me that I needed to shower after 10pm if o wanted a hotel shower as water was used up, the ultimately changed my rooms at 8.30pm at night. Didn't recieve my complimentary bottle of wine as part of booking and staff in the hotel need to be better trained and learn how to communicate better with guests. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Cordis was a lovely stay, staff were very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The surprising touches for my birthday were absolutely lovely and the cake was tasty! The facilities were clean and spacious, most loved the spa pool, wonderfully hot and the showers were clean too use after. It was also close to the cbd just around the corner from KRd. Would definitely recommend to stay.
