“From arrival to leaving nothing was too much trouble. I was on my own and the staff were more than helpful as to where to visit . The food was varied and excellent. Breakfast was basic continental but didn’t want any more. I make what I consider sensible comments not criticism and mentioned these to them. 1 possibly a small fridge in the room in view of current conditions but found out I was lucky and had a larger room so this wasn’t feasible throughout. “2泊しました。ケンダル駅から近く、移動にも観光にも便利な立地です。 朝食が特に気に入りました。通常のイングリッシュ・ブレックファストだけでなく、ベジタリアンメニューなども柔軟に選べ、味もとても美味しかったです。ダイニングの雰囲気も良く、朝からゆったり過ごせました。 部屋はどこかアットホームで落ち着く雰囲気があり、快適に滞在できました。建物自体にも歴史を感じさせる趣があり、ケンダルという街の雰囲気によく合っていると感じました。 一点だけ気になったのはタオル交換です。客室清掃が3日に1回という方針は理解していますし、タオルは別途依頼すれば交換してもらえるとの案内もありました。ただ、一度お願いした際には行き違いがあったのか交換されておらず、後ほどフロントで改めてお願いするとすぐに対応してもらえました。 その点を除けば、立地、朝食、雰囲気ともに満足度が高く、ケンダル滞在の拠点として良いホテルでした。”

“Badly needs bringing into the 21st century. No air conditioning in the rooms, and basic TVs with only Freeview. Need to change to smart TV or at least be able to Chromecast. Rooms are not cleaned by housekeeping unless you ask and when i did on 1 occasion they still didn't do it. I reminded them on reception after waiting 6 hours but still never turned up. In the end i knocked on housekeeping door to get fresh towels myself! Cooked breakfast was nice but very limited options for continental....
