“Hotel in an excellent position, close to both the beach and town centre. Staff were very helpful at check in and so were the cleaning crew. There is no parking attached to the hotel but it can be found easily enough. Room had a sea view which was lovely, however it could do with a little redecoration. Good stay though.”

“Really disappointing No little amenity set (cotton wool pads, etc) in the room, just a shower cap Nescafé coffee, no hot chocolate, no little extras that i would expect from a 4/5 star hotel.”

“El personal muy amable. Es un hotel muy vintage, siento que me transportó a como debió ser este lugar años atrás. El desayuno estaba incluido pero todo era frito y el hotel en general luego del desayuno olía mucho a frito. Creo que es mi única observación! Sería bueno tener una oferta un poco mas amplia para los que no consumen tanto frito. En general estuvo bien”

“This is a gorgeous stay. Conwy is like a fairy tale and this stay added to the charm. Check in was easy, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. No AC, so bring portable fans if you need it. Just darling, I will be dreaming of when I will be returning. Easy walk from train station, castle, and dining.”

“Limited parking but you can park overnight on a nearby street with parking for 90 minutes between 9:00 and 17:00. But leave before 10:30! Restaurant is expensive but the quality is good and the staff excellent.”

“Stayed four nights at Iris hotel with my 6 year old twin grandsons. Room was fine clean and tidy only thing short was a plug for the bath but not a big problem was a shower too. Ideal location close to all attractions. The breakfast was buffet style continental. I do not always eat breakfast but suited the boys they had cereal, toast or pancakes. We were at the back of the hotel it was quiet at night. Saw 2 of the front sea view rooms they were big and great views and looked very nice.”

“The parking is excellent, the staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, the only issue we had, probably because of our age was the television was Freely not Freeview; the controls were very difficult to understand, normal channels were not available due supposedly to poor signal, so everything had to be done via iplayer etc I know we’ll all have to get use to it but for us oldies it is difficult!”
