“The manner and attitude of the proprietors was brilliant. Felt at home, warm and welcoming, easy to converse with. Our stay was during the heatwave and staying in room 7 at the top of the house ? converted attic - was rather warm, and only a small window. However there was an excellent fan/cooler which we used to the full. Despite the warnings - I managed to bump my head on the beams several times! “The Hotel is in need of a makeover. Windows look as though they haven’t been cleaned for years. Crack in the window in our bedroom. Carpets worn and thread bare in places. Corridors smelt of food. Although dogs are allowed didn’t like the fact that owners allowed them to sit on chairs knowing people have to sit on them. Restaurant in real need of redecoration. Dogs barking while having a drink in the bar annoying”

“This is a gorgeous stay. Conwy is like a fairy tale and this stay added to the charm. Check in was easy, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. No AC, so bring portable fans if you need it. Just darling, I will be dreaming of when I will be returning. Easy walk from train station, castle, and dining.”

“El personal muy amable. Es un hotel muy vintage, siento que me transportó a como debió ser este lugar años atrás. El desayuno estaba incluido pero todo era frito y el hotel en general luego del desayuno olía mucho a frito. Creo que es mi única observación! Sería bueno tener una oferta un poco mas amplia para los que no consumen tanto frito. En general estuvo bien”

“A nice relaxing stay, The meals were good, even if the menu was a little unusual; beef. beef burger with beef snd pulled pork fot example. Our room had a psrtial view of the bay, which was great. I’d definitely go again. .”

“Limited parking but you can park overnight on a nearby street with parking for 90 minutes between 9:00 and 17:00. But leave before 10:30! Restaurant is expensive but the quality is good and the staff excellent.”
